Little Acts of Connection

Please support older adults in Liverpool and Sefton this Loneliness Awareness Week (9-15 June).

Here’s how you can take part:

  • Write letters or create cards for care home residents,
  • Host a “no one sits alone” campaign at lunch,
  • Make posters or videos about loneliness and how to
    combat it,
  • Hold a class discussion or assembly on empathy and
    connection,
  • Fundraise with a dress-up day, bake sale, or sponsored
    silence.
