Please support older adults in Liverpool and Sefton this Loneliness Awareness Week (9-15 June).
Here’s how you can take part:
- Write letters or create cards for care home residents,
- Host a “no one sits alone” campaign at lunch,
- Make posters or videos about loneliness and how to
combat it, - Hold a class discussion or assembly on empathy and
connection, - Fundraise with a dress-up day, bake sale, or sponsored
silence.

PLEASE NOTE: Little acts of connection can take place anytime during the year – if you can’t do the campaign in June, anytime is great! We hope this campaign will encourage the community to keep connections with older adults going throughout the year!
