Please support older adults in Liverpool and Sefton combat loneliness.
Here’s how you can take part:
- Write letters or create cards for care home residents,
- Schools could host a “no one sits alone” campaign at lunch, or make posters or videos about loneliness and how to
combat it, - Organise a presentation or discussion on empathy and connection,
- Fundraise with a dress-up day, bake sale, or sponsored
silence.
